		Mojo Twanger Mod Shop is not a Custom Shop, in that we don't charge $2000+ for our guitars. Don't get me wrong. There are custom shop guitars out there that are true works of art. It's just that I'd personally rather own three $800 cool guitars, than one $2400 custom shop axe. Again, nothing against the custom shop guitar, but I yet have to see such a guitar that is truly $1600 better than the cool guitars that can be built for $800-$1000! It's simply a different philosophy. Ours is not better or worse, simply different. Think of us as a parallel path to holy grail tone and feel. We build guitars that we wish the big guitar makers built, at prices that can actually be afforded by most. We're not here to reinvent the wheel. An S-type or T-type guitar is pretty much all we like to play. We just want them to have some extra sizzle at no extra cost. What, pray tell, is wrong with that? Examples of features we expect to find on sub $1000 guitars, but usually can't: Nitro or Poly finishes Pickups hand-wound in the USA Innovative pickups configurations So if like us, you're neither prepared to settle for the same ole guitars, or you don't want to have to sell a kidney on eBay to underwrite the cost of a Custom Shop guitar, join us!
